Places to Camp
There's no better place to camp than in Missouri State Parks! Some favorites of mine: Long Branch, Truman, Knob Noster, Johnson's Shut-Ins, Meramec, and Graham Cave.
A great private campground/museum.nature center at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs. Nightly visits by the resident bears!
If you like to float in Missouri, this is the best resource site I've found - filled with links to outfitters, campgrounds, and other services in and around the Ozark National Scenic Riverways.
